How can we help?

A record of your house or apartment and its supporting documents. Each detail comes with a drawing, inspection report or manual you can refer to later.
No. Start with what you have. Add to your passport over time as new records become available and your property changes.
No. A property passport organises your supporting records and helps you find them, but does not replace officially approved or project documentation. The number of records in a passport does not certify the property’s technical or legal condition.
Records and access
You decide who has access. In the People and access section of your property passport, you choose who can access the property and its supporting records.
Use exact-version sharing in Documents: choose a recipient, permissions and available records. The recipient sees the exact version you shared.
Yes. The property passport includes an Export and handover section, where you can export supporting records or prepare them for handover.
