Personal property passport plans by number of properties

Plans differ only in the number of properties they cover. Pay monthly or annually: for 12 months, you pay 11.
Billing period

Prices are in Czech crowns for the stated period. Choose and pay for your plan in the Hort app.

House from a construction company: 6 months free

When a construction company hands over your house or apartment through HortBuild, you receive the passport and supporting records in your app, and the property is 6 months free.

  • The company transfers your property’s full passport and supporting records to your personal app.
  • You get the first 6 months free for the property handed over.

HortBuild for businesses

Pricing questions

The plan’s coverage is the same. With annual billing, you pay the equivalent of 11 monthly payments and your plan lasts 12 months.

Choose a plan by number of properties: 1 property, Up to 3 properties, or Up to 10 properties. Each property has its own property passport.

The first 6 months no. The property handed over is 6 months free.
